A gentle, nutrition-focused class for women navigating hormones from fertility through menopause. This 2-hour experience is designed to help you understand how to nourish your body for energy, cycle health, mood, and metabolism—without restriction, dieting, or overwhelm.
This class is for women who feel confused by conflicting hormone advice, feel depleted or out of balance, or simply want a calmer, more supportive approach to food. You’ll leave with practical guidance you can actually use, a deeper trust in your body, and a clear sense of what nourishment looks like for your current season of life.

I offer virtual 1:1 hormone and fertility sessions for women at every stage of life. Whether you’re seeking more balanced cycles, fertility support, clarity around your hormones, or guidance through perimenopause or menopause, these sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Each 90-minute virtual session allows time to slow down, explore your full health picture, and work together in a meaningful, unrushed way. We’ll review your symptoms, health history, and interpret laboratory work, then co-create a personalized plan that supports your hormones, reproductive health, and overall vitality.
While fertility support is included, these sessions are not only for women trying to conceive. They are for any woman who wants to better understand her body, feel more regulated in her hormones, and move forward with clarity and confidence—at any stage of life.
My approach blends evidence-informed hormone and fertility education with personalized lifestyle, nourishment, and body-based support. I believe every phase of womanhood carries its own wisdom, and my role is to help you navigate yours with grounded guidance and care.
All sessions are 90 minutes (1 hour 30 minutes) and held via Zoom. Each session includes a detailed follow-up email summarizing what we discussed, your personalized recommendations, and next steps.
